OutOfTheBelly.com Affiliate Terms and Conditions
We do not accept sites that:
- Promote Violence, Hate or Discrimination
- Are illegal
- Violate Intellectual Property Law
Affiliate Commissions:
25% for sales of our software products only from your site.
Available on purchases up to 12 months from clicking through.
Excludes GST, chargebacks or refunds.
You may use your own Affiliate link to purchase our programs and earn commission from the sale.
Paid at the end of every month where the balance is over $50US.
Rights:
We grant you the non-exclusive right to use artwork, text and links found on the OutOfTheBelly.com website (http://www.outofthebelly.com) for the sole purpose of generating product sales for OutOfTheBelly.com and referring traffic to the OutOfTheBelly.com website.
Any artwork made by you or under your direction must be approved by OutOfTheBelly.com prior to it's use. Email sales@info-pack.com for permission to use such artwork.
Your Site:
You must ensure that you are using the correct Affiliate link with your unique id number to ensure you are eligible for commissions.
You are responsible for downloading and hosting any banners or artwork used in the program. You may not display graphics directly from our servers. You must ensure that your site does not infringe any laws.
You may not make any untrue or misleading statements or representations about the products or OutOfTheBelly.com
SPAM:
You may not use SPAM to promote our Affiliate program, services or products.
Any Affiliate found to be SPAMMING (at the discretion of OutOfTheBelly.com) will forfeit their commissions and have their account cancelled.
Relationship:
Information Packaging and Yourself are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will
create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment between Information Packaging and yourself.
You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise about such a relationship without Information Packaging's written permission.
Disclaimer:
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program
or any Programs or Services offered through the Affiliate Program, including, without limitation,
warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out
of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation
that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable
for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
